Havering Drugs & Alcohol Action Team
‘Project Weekend’ campaign
With concerns over the increase in combined alcohol and cocaine use, we were asked to devise a campaign that would inform the general public about the harmful side effects and physical dangers of such actions.
The resulting campaign and associated marketing collateral – including pocket-sized information cards that were handed out in pubs and clubs – proved to be a winner, and was used in discussions in Whitehall as a demonstration of a successful anti-drugs strategy.
“The Project Weekend campaign has been highly successful in educating the general public about the negative effects of mixing alcohol and cocaine.”
