The Gingernuts are all having a well-earned cup of tea and a biscuit this afternoon after giving blood at our local centre.
Despite Serena having a bit of a wobbly at the sight of all those exposed arms, even the donation virgins amongst us were surprised how easy and quick it was.
So, we’re all glowing with pride today at having done our bit to help out the NHS.
